M25M23 - Road: Take Junction 7 off the M25 and join the M23. Branch left then merge onto the A23. At Hooley traffic signals continue forward. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A23. At Purley Cross gryatory take the 2nd exit onto the A235. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A235. At the traffic lights turn right onto Aberdeen Road, as you drive towards the top of the road you will find the carpark on the the left hand side.Victoria Train Station - Train: Take Southern Railways Train from Victoria to East Grinstead Rail Station. Get of the train at EAST CROYDON STATION. Take the Route Bus 466 from bus stop E7 towards Westway or Route Bus 119 from bus stop E7 towards The Colonnades Croydon Airport or Route Bus 312 from bus stop E7 towards South Croydon Bus Garage. Get off the bus at Coombe Road Spice's Yard, then walk along St Peters Road and you will see the Hotel at the corner of Aberdeen Road.
